SERVICE 1: ISSUANCE OF LOCATIONAL CLEARANCE

Checklist of Requirements:

  • Duly accomplished and Notarized Application Form (5 sets)
  • Any of the following requirements relative to RIGHT OVER LAND:
  1. Certificate of Title, in case registered in the name of the applicant (5 sets)
  2. In case the property is not registered in the name of the applicant, submit duly notarized deed of sale or deed of donation, or contract of lease or authorization to use the land
  3. Tax declaration and pro-forma affidavit
  • Vicinity Map (5 sets)

  • Approved Business Permit Documents (for Business Permittee)

SERVICE 3: PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF SIMPLE SUBDIVISION

Checklist of Requirements:

  • One Original and three (3) photocopies of the following documents:
  • Site Development Plan (schematic plan showing the proposed layout) duly signed and sealed by a licensed Architect/Engineer
  • Vicinity Map or Location Plan
  • Certified True Copy of Title(s)
  • Certified True Copy of Tax Declaration(s)
  • Authority of applicant/Special Power of Attorney (if title is not registered in applicant’s name)
  • Tax Clearance
  • Certification as to Zoning Classification/Locational Clearance
  • Barangay Certification where the lot is located

Accept the photocopy of OR. Start processing the request. Fill-up the tracking form to ensure proper document flow. Prepare transmittal and forward the application to the SB for review.

The TWG conducts site inspection and visit together with the lot owner/legal representative. Carries out an assessment report based on the site visit and transmit it to the SB.

The SB discusses the subdivision application based on the TWG Assessment Report. Create a SB Resolution approving the subdivision application and forward it to the Mayor’s Office for signature.
